Overview
What the machines run on.
A rigid box line uses three consumables besides the cover paper. Greyboard is the structure of the box. Tape holds the corners of the folded shell until the paper is on. Glue bonds the cover paper to the board. HORFON supplies all three, so they can be quoted with the machines and matched to them.
There is no price list or fixed specification on this page: grades, thicknesses and sizes depend on the box and are confirmed with each quotation. What can be stated is what the machines accept.

Greyboard
The V grooving, corner pasting and forming machines take 0.8–4 mm board. The HF-5040 and the HF-1050 take 1–3 mm, and the HF-1300 slitting machine 1.2–3 mm.

Corner tape
The HF-500 corner pasting machine runs PVC, PET or paper tape in 15, 19 or 24 mm widths.

Glue
Hot melt jelly glue for the gluing machines. The HF-850A has 8 kW of heating for the glue and an automatic glue mixing motor; glue viscosity control is optional.
