HF-1050 · Visual positioning line

Glues the cover paper, then a vision-guided robot arm places the greyboard on it to ±0.1 mm. For rigid boxes and hardcover book covers, at 15–30 sheets per minute.

HF-1150 · Collapsible box assembly

Glues the finished case, places both side wings by vision-guided robot arm, adds the triangle boards and folds the box. Fully servo-driven, up to about 9,600 pcs per 8-hour shift.

HF-3250 · Paper box forming

Forms a lid and a base at the same time, for card boxes (210–350 g white card or kraft) and corrugated boxes. 34–46 pieces per minute.

Semi-automatic rigid box line · 4 machines

V grooving, corner pasting, paper gluing and forming: four machines make lid-and-base gift boxes at 15–20 pcs/min, for watch, jewelry, cosmetic, tea and chocolate boxes.

HF-650 · Corrugated case erector

Takes a flat corrugated case, erects it, then folds and tapes the bottom flaps: 5–15 cases per minute.
