Magnet, Iron Sheet and Drilling Machines
Short answer
A magnetic closure needs a magnet on one panel and an iron sheet on the other. The HF-7090ZK drills the recess in the board, the HF-600B places magnets at 25–35 pcs/min and the HF-600A places iron sheets at 30–45 pcs/min, both to ±0.5 mm.
Overview
Three small machines behind a magnetic closure.
A magnetic closure is a magnet set into one panel of the box and an iron sheet set into the panel it closes against. Both sit in the greyboard, under the cover paper, so they are put in before the case is wrapped.
The work is done in order. The HF-7090ZK drills the recess in the board. The HF-600B glues a magnet into it. The HF-600A glues the iron sheet into the opposite panel. All three are compact semi-automatic machines of 150–170 kg that run on 220 V.

How to choose
4 things to settle first.
- 01
Magnet and iron sheet sizes
The HF-600B places round magnets of 6–18 mm diameter and square magnets from 10 × 10 to 20 × 20 mm, 1–5 mm thick. The HF-600A places round iron sheets of 8–20 mm and rectangular ones from 8 × 10 to 15 × 20 mm.
- 02
Board size and thickness
The pasting machines take board from 50 × 50 mm to 1000 × 600 mm; the drilling machine takes up to 900 × 700 mm. All three take 0.3–5 mm board.
- 03
Hole position
The gap between holes is 55–430 mm on the HF-600B, 45–375 mm on the HF-600A and 70–500 mm on the HF-7090ZK.
- 04
Speed and accuracy
The HF-600B runs 25–35 pcs/min and the HF-600A 30–45, both to ±0.5 mm. The HF-7090ZK drills up to 30 pcs/min to ±1–2 mm.

FAQ
Which machines are in the HORFON magnet, iron sheet and drilling machines range?
3 machines: HF-600B Semi Automatic Magnet Pasting Machine; HF-600A Semi Automatic Iron Sheet Pasting Machine; HF-7090ZK Semi Automatic Drilling Machine.
What magnet sizes does the HF-600B place?
Round magnets from 6 to 18 mm in diameter and square magnets from 10 × 10 to 20 × 20 mm, 1 to 5 mm thick.
What iron sheet sizes does the HF-600A place?
Round sheets from 8 to 20 mm in diameter and rectangular sheets from 8 × 10 to 15 × 20 mm, at 30–45 pieces per minute.
What hole diameter does the HF-7090ZK drill?
8 to 20 mm, in board up to 900 × 700 mm and 0.3–5 mm thick, at up to 30 pieces per minute.
When are the magnets put into the box?
Before the case is wrapped. The recess is drilled in the greyboard, the magnet and the iron sheet are pasted in, and the cover paper then goes over them.
What power do the magnet machines need?
220 V at 50–60 Hz and compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa. The HF-600B and HF-600A are 1 kW each and the HF-7090ZK is 3 kW.
