Box type 06 · 3 steps

Paper card box — lids, bases and trays formed from card alone, without greyboard.

Short answer

A paper card box is formed from a single die-cut blank of 210–350 g white card or kraft paper. There is no greyboard and no wrapping: the forming machine folds the walls up and locks or glues the corners. It is the fast, low-cost alternative to a rigid box for cake, dessert and hardware packaging.
