Short answer
A book-style box is a hardcover case, like a book cover, with a rigid inner box glued inside it. The flap closes with a magnet on one panel and an iron sheet on the other. It is made as two separate parts, the case and the inner box, which are then joined, so it needs case making, box making and assembly equipment.
